Quality starts before the shipment
The work of an antioxidant supplier is measured not by sourcing the product, but by verifying that the incoming batch genuinely meets the declared specification. Our processes are built on that principle.

Our commitment
At GMC Pharma we regard it as our fundamental obligation that every product we supply meets its declared specification, remains traceable, and is delivered in accordance with applicable legislation.
To meet that obligation we assess our suppliers on production capability and documentation discipline, check incoming batches against specification, and deliver every shipment with a batch-based certificate of analysis.
We treat every piece of customer feedback as a data point for reviewing our processes. When a non-conformity is identified, the root cause is investigated and corrective action is agreed together with the customer.
Process
Five control points in the supply chain
- 01
Supplier assessment
Production site, capacity, past batch performance and documentation discipline are assessed. We work only with traceable sources.
- 02
Incoming batch control
The certificate of analysis of the incoming batch is checked against the declared specification. Appearance, packaging integrity and label information are verified physically.
- 03
Storage conditions
Products are kept cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, in closed original packaging with batch segregation maintained.
- 04
Shipment documentation
Every shipment is delivered with the TDS, SDS and the CoA of the dispatched batch. The batch number appears traceably on the delivery note.
- 05
Feedback and traceability
When a complaint or query arrives after delivery, the batch number allows tracing back to the source.

Product identity, typical properties, recommended applications and storage conditions.
Safety data sheet
Hazard identification, handling and storage, personal protection measures and transport information.
Certificate of analysis
Measurement results for the dispatched batch, batch number and production / expiry dates.
